When the moving parts of a hard disk drive are worn, loose or malfunction then the drive will normally make unpleasant noises. In the event of hard drive read write head failure the drive actuator will make defined clicking noises. The usual cause is a knock, shock or drop.
Hard Drive Not Detected.
