Upon arrival at our fully equipped lab our technicians will perform a full and thorough diagnosis on your failed device. This is usually conducted the same day.
Full Diagnosis Report.
Once the diagnosis is completed our customer service team will email you a copy of your personalised evaluation report, this will detail our findings, the process we’ll need to undertake to achieve the recovery and the final quotation.
No Data No Fee.
Once our quotation for recovery is approved, our trained technicians will begin the work required in order to recover your lost or inaccessible data on a no fix, no fee basis meaning you only pay for a successful recovery – no fees will be taken for the recovery attempt upfront.
File Listings as Standard.
Once our technicians have achieved the best possible recovery from your device, we present you with a detailed file list for approval. The file list will show you exactly the files/folders you’ll receive back, our system also checks the integrity of the data so you can see if your precious data has been successfully recovered prior to payment.
RAID System Data Restore
Once you are happy and accept our file list, we transfer the data onto a new external hard drive (or drive of your choosing) and ship the data back to you to arrive the next working day.
